Heritage and Scale Accuracy of the Super Swift

The GoPro Monster Sport Super Swift built a winning streak at Pikes Peak with six consecutive victories. Drawing from the Suzuki Swift platform and Monster Sport development, the original used a 1.9-liter engine with over 400hp and refined aero treatments. Tamiya recreates that competition-inspired look at 1/10 scale, mounting the body on the M-05 chassis for period-correct proportions and handling cues.

M-05 Chassis Design and Handling

The M-05 provides a simple yet competent front-wheel-drive layout, featuring a slim semi-monocoque frame that lowers the center of gravity. The fully independent double wishbone suspension improves traction and wheel control, helping the model stay composed through fast corners on sealed tracks.

Flexible Setup and Body Compatibility

Adjustable rear suspension mounts let hobbyists select from 210mm, 225mm, or 239mm wheelbases, so this chassis can accept a variety of Tamiya body shells and suit different handling preferences as you experiment with setups.

As an Expert Built entry, the car is supplied assembled with radio gear so you can start driving immediately. It also accepts the same spare and Hop-Up parts as the kit edition, enabling straightforward upgrades to electronics or suspension components.
