Tamiya 1/10 RC Weider HSV-010 - TT01E #58487  [58487]

That is a 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit of Team Weider's Honda HSV-010, which was the 2010 Super GT500 course championship-winning automobile. The dynamic type of the battle vehicle happens to be accurately reproduced along with its distinctive livery realistically depicted with included stickers. Separately-molded components for the big back wing and side mirrors enhance scale realism. In addition, the kit includes LEDs to depict mind (white) and tail (red) lights even for more attractive realism.

Towards Weider HSV-010

Team Weider is a Super GT group that drove the impressive Honda HSV-010 for the 2010 season. At period's opening competition, the group Weider's HSV-010 sensationally won pole position immediately stating its motives for the championship. At the next round Okayama GT 300km competition, the HSV-010 won pole place once more and proceeded to win the battle. Other strong shows including a 3rd destination finish at the 4th Round Sepang, a second place finish at 5th Round Sugo put up an exciting championship determining fnal 8th Round at Motegi. After winning pole place for a 3rd time, the battle saw the group Weider HSV-010 battle hard because of the Lexus Team Petronas Tom's machine the win. Although narrowly lacking out on the success, the 2nd place finish was sufficient for the team to be crowned the 2010 Super GT 500 Class champions.

Evolved Chassis

The bathtub frame associated with evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its engine and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and maximum stability. Installed on the bath tub frame are a fiberglass strengthened nylon top deck and gear covers which improve rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie pole to deliver smooth steering action. The lower center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front side and rear differential gears all get together to bring about superb driving characteristics. Also, racing radial tires with realistic tread pattern are installed on 10-spoke tires. Besides, rushing slick tires are mounted on 6-spoke wheels.
