Size Details and Suitable Holders

The 0.15mm blade is available alongside other thicknesses to match different detailing tasks. It measures 25mm in total length and has a 2mm shank diameter. Tamiya recommends using Item 74139 holder, though the blade will also fit the Fine Pin Vise D (Item 74050) and D-R (Item 74112).

Working Method for Best Results

Hold the blade at an angle between 45 and 60 degrees and pull gently to score the surface. Repeating shallow passes will create a defined line while reducing the chance of slips or gouges.
