The Tamiya 78021 kit offers a detailed 1/350 scale rendition of the Japanese aircraft carrying cruiser Mogami, a ship with a complex service history. Constructed to treaty-era specifications, the Mogami originally carried 15.5cm guns before being rearmed with 20.3cm weapons, and she saw action in major WWII battles such as Midway and Leyte.
