The Tamiya 81727 XF-27 Black Green acrylic paint is supplied in a handy 10ml bottle and works well for a wide range of modelling tasks. This water soluble acrylic resin is formulated for both brush and airbrush use and provides consistent flow on styrol resins, Styrofoam, wood and common model plastics for fine, even finishes.

Recommended Thinners and Use

XF-27 is compatible with standard Tamiya thinners to achieve the optimal spraying consistency. Use thinners such as 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520 or 87077 when airbrushing to prevent clogging and to control spray texture.

Tips for Smooth Application

Apply thin, layered coats to build colour depth rather than heavy single passes. Keep your workspace ventilated and clean your equipment after each session to prolong tool life and maintain paint quality.
