Tamiya 81765 - Mini Acrylic XF-65 Field Grey in a 10ml bottle is tailored for hobby use across a variety of materials. Its water-soluble acrylic resin formula supports both brushing and airbrushing, adhering well to styrol resins, Styrofoam, timber and many plastic model parts to produce a smooth, even coat.

Preparing and Thinning

When airbrushing, thin the paint with approved Tamiya thinners such as 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520 or 87077 for improved flow and a finer finish. The XF-65 tone mixes simply with other acrylics for customised shades and weathering layers.

Where to Use It

This Field Grey is ideal for scale planes, ground vehicles, miniatures and scenic elements. It provides good opacity for base layers and is handy for detail retouches on assembled models.
