Tamiya TS-41 Coral Blue Finish Guide

TS-41 Coral Blue by Tamiya is a 100ml synthetic acrylic lacquer spray tailored for hobbyists finishing scale kits and miniatures. It lays down a smooth coat suitable for broad surfaces, and one can will generally cover two to three 1/24 plastic car bodies when applied with proper technique.

Surface Uses

This lacquer bonds well to cured acrylics and enamels, so you can layer paints during a build without unexpected reactions. It is not formulated for polycarbonate lexan bodies, however.

Drying Behaviour

The paint cures quickly compared with slower solvent systems, letting you complete multi-stage projects faster while still achieving a uniform finish.
