The Tamiya 86003 PS-3 Light Blue spray paint is formulated for polycarbonate RC car shells to deliver crisp colour and a hard-wearing surface. The 100ml volume is intended to give sufficient coverage for standard body sizes.

Spray Distance and Layering

Maintain a spray distance of about 30cm and use even passes to avoid runs. Painting the shell from the inside gives a tougher finish and better resistance to abrasion. After the first coat has dried fully, apply a second coat to achieve a solid appearance. For precise patterns and small areas, employ Tamiya bottle paints suited to polycarbonate for hand detailing.
