Tamiya PS-47 Iridescent Pink/Gold spray paint is produced for modellers who want a lustrous, colour-shifting finish on polycarbonate RC bodies. The 100ml can supplies a thin, buildable tone that appears to move from pink to gold under different lighting.

Spray Technique and Distance

For a professional finish, apply paint to the inner side of the body and keep the can approximately 30cm away while spraying. Use several light scumbles rather than heavy coats, allowing drying time between applications to avoid sagging.

Material Notes and Resistance

This paint resists oil and fuel exposure, so it works well with gas or nitro models when used on lexan. PS-47 is formulated solely for polycarbonate and should not be used on ordinary plastic model kits to prevent damage.
