Tamiya 87108 Texture Paint is a paste-form, water-based product tailored for sculpting realistic soil surfaces on diorama layouts and model terrain. Its thick texture allows hobbyists to form ridges, holes, and compacted tracks with ease.

Applying the Texture

Mixing and Finishing

Mix with other Tamiya acrylics for customised shades, then use enamel washes and dry brushing to enhance depth. The product is not suitable for airbrushing because the consistency can block fine jets.
