• About the Uk Staghound Mk.I
  The Ford engine Company initially designed the T17E1 4X4 armored car to meet up with a U.S. Army requirement. Running on two Cheverolet 270 engines, the automobile had been armed with a 37mm cannon turret and 3 machine weapons - one into the hull, one coaxial aided by the main gun, plus one regarding the turret for anti-aircraft defense. The arrival of the lighter M8 Greyhound meant that the U.S. Army had been no further thinking about the T17E1, but other Allies including Britain while the Commonwealth forces found the car of use and known as it the Staghound.
