Tamiya 95573 - Shooting Proud Star Clear Blue Special on the MA Chassis

The Tamiya 95573 Shooting Proud Star Clear Blue Special brings a classic Mini 4WD silhouette influenced by Hyper Dash! Yonkuro into a modern MA chassis package. The MA (Midship AERO) layout positions the motor midship for a lower centre of gravity and cleaner airflow. The chassis spec lists a 3.5:1 gear ratio, six low-friction rollers and a rear skid bar, giving a good starting point for tuning or display setup.

Its body is clear blue ABS for a bold look when completed. The kit includes deep blue metal-plated 4-spoke wheels combined with super hard slick tyres featuring a white sidewall pinstripe. A Type 130 double shaft motor is supplied and in stock assembly the drivetrain uses a 4:1 gear ratio. Two AA batteries are required but are not included with the kit. A selection of Grade-Up Parts can be added separately to enhance speed, handling or durability.
