Servo Stay Mount Compatible with BB-01 (BBX)

This aluminium servo stay mount is a compact aftermarket part built for the Tamiya BB-01 (BBX) chassis. It replaces the original plastic stay with a blue anodised aluminium piece to offer a firmer and more stable servo mounting point used during setup and tuning. It is intended only for model use and not for any real vehicle application.

Fitting uses the BB-01’s existing servo mounting holes and hardware; check alignment before fastening. Mechanically the mount limits flex around the servo attachment so steering inputs remain predictable during adjustments and track testing. Be careful not to over-torque screws to avoid damaging chassis threads or deforming the mount.

Tuning impact: a stiffer servo mount tends to make steering feel more immediate and repeatable, which assists when fine-tuning toe, camber and steering link geometry. Consider these changes alongside servo saver and suspension settings to maintain balanced handling.
