Mount Function and Fit

This RC front lower suspension arm mount is produced for the TAMIYA BB-01 (BBX) chassis as model JR-TBB03-GU. The aluminum construction and gunmetal finish are chosen to improve stiffness and provide a stable mounting surface compared with the stock plastic part.

The unit installs as a direct replacement, making use of the existing chassis holes and the original screws in most cases. Proper alignment and careful tightening of fasteners are important to avoid distorting steering or suspension movement.

As an upgrade component the mount is intended to stabilise the lower arm pivot, reduce flex during aggressive driving, and ensure repeatable fitment when arms or settings are changed. It is designed for scale RC applications only.

Will swapping to this mount change setup tuning?
