Aftermarket servo saver for CC01

This aluminium hi-torque servo saver is offered as an aftermarket swap for the Tamiya CC01 chassis and comes as one set. It pairs an aluminium saver body with a steel tie rod and uses a 25T spline compatible with a wide range of servo horns on scale RC vehicles. The unit reduces shock transfer to the servo while retaining a direct steering feel suitable for scale driving and setup changes.

Meant for model-scale applications, the assembly replaces the factory plastic saver to create a firmer connection from the servo output to the steering linkage. The aluminium body adds rigidity while the steel tie rod helps the linkage maintain alignment under load.

Fitment tips: remove the factory saver and confirm the spline count on your servo horn before installing, tighten linkages to the recommended engagement, and test steering centring after installation. No electronic programming is required though small trim adjustments can restore centre position.
