Alloy Rear Damper Mount for the CC01 Platform

This alloy rear damper mount is an aftermarket replacement for the Tamiya CC01 chassis, referenced as model CC070R/M. It is supplied as a replacement mounting point for rear shock assemblies on CC01-scale models and is intended for hobby use only.

The component replaces the stock rear mount with a metal alternative. Fitting is typical for rear bracket swaps: remove the original mount, place the alloy unit in the same location and secure it with the chassis fasteners you already use. Standard hex drivers and basic workshop tools are normally all that is needed.

For setup and tuning the mount provides a consistent mounting face that helps preserve shock alignment and repeatable preload settings. Use it alongside spring and oil tuning to achieve stable rear suspension behaviour between runs.
