Durable aluminium servo saver for CC01 chassis

The kit pairs a 25T hi-torque servo saver with an aluminium tie rod tailored for Tamiya CC01 steering. It is aimed at hobbyists fitting higher torque servos who want to reduce wear on the servo linkage and achieve a stiffer steering connection.

Fitment is simple on CC01 steering knuckles and bellcranks that accept a 25T servo spline and standard CC01 linkage lengths. When installing make sure splines are aligned and adjust tie rod preload to prevent binding; small turnbuckle tweaks are recommended to centre steering and reduce play.

As an upgrade this assembly increases steering precision by reducing flex in the linkage, helping with consistent steering inputs during setup and track work. It is intended as a direct replacement for CC01 models and similar scale platforms sharing the same spline and geometry.

Très satisfait de la rapidité de livraison. Et très satisfait du colis.
The main benefit is reduced linkage flex and improved steering feedback when using stronger servos, helping protect the servo and linkage.
Basic hobby tools are sufficient: a small driver set for the servo spline hardware and pliers or a wrench for turnbuckles during adjustment.
No endpoint changes are required; centre the servo first then adjust tie rod length to remove play while keeping full range of motion.
