This red anodized aluminum shock tower set is an aftermarket replacement for Tamiya CC-02 chassis configurations. The machined alloy parts replace stock plastic towers to offer a firmer shock mounting surface and to reduce compliance during aggressive tuning or when fitting upgraded dampers.

Use these towers to achieve predictable shock action and consistent setup data when testing spring rates, damping, or ride height changes. Functionally the towers locate the shock upper eyes, influence leverage ratios and roll behavior, and provide repeatable reference points for suspension tuning.

Fitment tips: where practical preserve original mounting hardware, ensure correct alignment before final clamping, and reconfirm shock length and preload after installation to restore the intended travel and ride height.
