Aluminium anti-thread steering link for CW-01

This aluminium steering tie rod assembly fits the Tamiya CW-01 (Lunch Box) chassis and is supplied as model LB160TM. The design pairs an anti-thread adjustment feature with an included servo horn to replace the stock steering linkages.

Made for RC-scale steering systems, the aluminium link aims to reduce flex and give a more reliable steering feel than economy plastic components, while the anti-thread mechanism helps keep adjustment points from backing out under load.

Fitting advice: the tie rod connects between your steering bellcrank and the servo horn. Confirm spline compatibility on your servo and set travel limits before locking components down. Use the correct grade of fasteners and thread-lock on metal joints to prevent vibration-induced loosening. Standard RC workshop tools are sufficient for installation.

Setup guidance: this upgrade is intended to cut slop and improve steering consistency; combine it with proper servo endpoint and trim settings rather than increasing throw beyond what the chassis safely supports.
