Front suspension upgrade arm for CW-01 tuning

This aluminium front lower arm replaces the stock plastic component on Tamiya CW-01 based kits, including The Hornet and Grasshopper. It integrates a spring mount at the standard front spring location and is intended as a direct replacement to refine front suspension geometry.

Precision machining from aluminium provides stable, repeatable mounting points compared with moulded arms, helping suspension alignment stay consistent during use. The arm is delivered to match CW-01 front suspension layout so installers can exchange it without moving bulkheads or shock towers on compatible models.

For tuning, the aluminium arm reduces flex at the lower pivot and gives a solid reference for camber and caster adjustments using the existing mounting holes. It is designed to function alongside stock shocks, axle assemblies, and wheel hubs to improve handling consistency at RC scale.
