Alloy C-hub upgrade for greater front end durability

The DF2019 front C-hub is an aftermarket replacement designed for the Tamiya DF-02 chassis. It substitutes the stock plastic hub with an aluminium alloy unit while retaining Delrin collars where the knuckle pivot and axle interfaces sit. The upgrade stiffens the front mounting points without changing the DF-02's fundamental geometry.

Installation mirrors the OEM service routine: remove the front knuckles and steering links, fit the new C-hub, and reinstall the knuckles using the original hardware. After fitting, check wheel alignment and freeplay, and make sure the collars rotate smoothly to avoid binding.

From a tuning perspective this alloy C-hub improves durability and provides a more repeatable steering feel for drivers who prefer metal mounting points. The Delrin collars protect moving surfaces and preserve articulation. The part is intended to work with standard DF-02 steering components and stock mounting patterns.
