The DF03RA-04 is an aluminium front suspension arm designed for the Tamiya DF-03 chassis to replace the stock plastic arms. Its machined construction gives a firmer suspension mounting point, cutting arm flex under load and helping steering geometry remain consistent when driven hard.
Aluminium arms maintain dimensional stability under repeated stress, which changes front-end behaviour during weight transfer and steering inputs. Expect improved steering precision and more repeatable alignment when you make camber or toe adjustments.
To fit, remove the original front arms, transfer any compatible hinge pins and hardware, then secure the replacement arms while checking hinge-pin alignment and ball-stud engagement. This hop-up is intended for hobby RC use and does not affect motor, ESC, or servo operation.
For tuning, use the reduced compliance to dial in front stiffness versus the rear; even small link or roll-center changes will be more noticeable. Regularly inspect mounting points and fasteners after track sessions to maintain consistent handling.
A direct aluminium hop-up that helps DF-03 owners reduce front-end flex and gain steadier suspension behaviour during setup and running.
