Made for use on the TAMIYA DT-03 chassis, this kit combines a hi-torque 25T aluminum servo saver with matched aluminum tie rods to move steering control from flexible plastic parts to stiffer metal components for clearer feedback when tuning.
The servo saver mounts to a 25T spline and provides protection while tightening up the steering feel. Replacing stock linkages with aluminum tie rods reduces compliance so small adjustments to length produce predictable changes to toe and steering center.
Tuning tips: begin with equal tie rod lengths and a centered servo, then alter one side in small increments to observe steering center shifts. Always verify full steering sweep after changes to catch binding before running the model at speed.
