Rear Shock Tower — DT-03 Upgrade

The JR-DT303-GR aluminum rear shock tower is produced for the TAMIYA DT-03 RC chassis and carries a green anodized finish. It replaces the original plastic tower with a precision-machined alloy part to reduce flex and stabilise the shock mounting points under load.

Use is limited to DT-03 style rear shock layouts and the tower installs into the chassis with the vehicle's standard fastenings. This is an aftermarket upgrade piece intended for scale RC models and not an OEM component.

Installation steps for competent hobbyists are: remove the factory tower, move over the shocks and serviceable fasteners, seat the aluminum tower in the chassis, and tighten evenly to the recommended engagement. Avoid excessive torque into plastic thread inserts.

When tuning, expect the change to affect rear behavior; aluminium mounting stiffens the rear response which can require small adjustments to damper tune and spring rates to restore the intended handling balance.
