This steering block is supplied as a direct replacement hop-up for the Tamiya F201 1/10 racing chassis, listed as TF201C-004. It forms the connection between the steering knuckle and lower suspension, helping to recover correct front geometry and remove wear-induced movement.
Installation is aimed at experienced hobbyists: remove the wheel and steering links, note arm orientation and shims, fit the TF201C-004, then reassemble and check for free play and proper toe. Verify steering centring and travel before running on track or off-road.
As part of setup adjustments, this block supports consistent steering response rather than changing motor or driveline characteristics. Use it to replace damaged components, experiment with steering roll behaviour after suspension changes, or keep geometry uniform across sessions.
