These aluminum front knuckle arms are designed as a direct replacement for the listed Tamiya kits: Hornet, Grasshopper, Fast Attack, Wild One, F104 and F103. They substitute the factory plastic uprights to provide a firmer mounting location for front hubs and steering linkages, which can refine steering feedback.
Fitment is restricted to the specified models. The silver anodized aluminum construction is chosen to resist bending during track or off-road use common to small electric buggies and touring cars. Geometry should remain consistent when mounting locations match the stock part.
To install, remove the stock upright, move bearings or bushings over if needed, position the aluminum upright and secure with the original screws. After fitting check steering range, toe and camber settings, then perform a brief test run to confirm there is no binding. The part is intended to aid in front-end tuning and to improve reliability without altering the main suspension geometry.
