Installation typically involves removing the stock saver, fitting the aluminium saver to the servo spline, and swapping the tie rods while setting the correct length for neutral steering geometry. Use standard hex tools and inspect thread fit during assembly.

Performance note: firmer aluminium links improve steering precision but can increase feedback to the servo. Ensure the servo spline is fully engaged and consider softening end-point settings if the servo appears under increased load during operation.

Can this kit affect my servo lifespan?

Firmer aluminium parts can transfer more shock and resistance to the servo. Monitor servo temperature and load after fitting; if strain increases, reduce travel endpoints or fit a higher torque/resilient servo.

Is trimming required for the tie rods to suit my setup?

Tie rods are adjustable; you will set their length to match your steering arms. Minor trimming or adjustment may be needed to achieve perfect toe-in and neutral steering alignment.
