This set of four red aluminum mounts is intended as an aftermarket upgrade for the TAMIYA Lunch Box polycarbonate shell. The stiffer mounting points limit movement where the body attaches, helping the shell stay true during practice and light bashing.

Installation is quick and simple: remove the shell, position each mount on the existing body-post spots, and tighten using the original or compatible screws and clips. No specialist equipment is needed beyond your usual hex driver or screwdriver. The mounts create a firmer connection between chassis and shell, reducing body wobble at the posts.

From a tuning perspective, swapping plastic posts for aluminum gives a fixed reference for setting body height and wheel clearance. That stability makes trimming and repeatable adjustments easier when fine tuning ride height and handling.
