This red anodized aluminum hub carrier is supplied as a replacement for the TAMIYA M06 chassis. As a precision-machined alloy component it mounts the rear wheel assembly and links to the rear suspension, delivering a firmer interface than the original plastic item.
From a setup perspective, installing this carrier helps reduce wheel-end play and keeps camber and toe more stable under suspension movement, which can translate into crisper turn-in and more predictable traction transitions. The coloured finish also helps when comparing baseline and modified builds.
Installation uses the M06 standard rear-end removal and refit process. The carrier is made to align with the factory mounting points on the M06 rear upright and generally reuses the original bolts and wheel hardware. Check mating surfaces and torque values to the chassis maker's specifications on reassembly.
