This JR-TFD09-LB aluminium component serves as a replacement rear arm mount and gearbox support for certain TAMIYA buggy models. It replaces the factory B8 rear mount assemblies to give a more solid mounting platform for both the rear suspension and gearbox while retaining the original chassis attachment points.

Only the TAMIYA models listed with the B8 rear mount layout are compatible. The part is supplied in blue anodized aluminium to match popular hop-up aesthetics and to resist everyday wear encountered in hobby use.

Fitting notes: install into the same B8 locations as the stock parts and then verify gearbox mesh, chassis alignment, and clearance to suspension links and the spur gear. As an upgrade, it reduces rear mounting flex and complements suspension and drivetrain tweaks to sharpen on-track handling.
