Aluminium front solid axle for TA05 variants

This aluminium front solid axle is manufactured as a direct-fit upgrade for Tamiya TA05, TA05-IFS and TA05-R chassis. By replacing the standard plastic axle with aluminium you get a noticeably stiffer front assembly for typical 1/10 touring car setups.

Installation uses the chassis original mounting points and hardware so the swap is performed at chassis level. The added stiffness tends to produce quicker steering response and changes the dynamics of weight transfer into the front suspension when entering corners. Consider the axle a tuning part to be used with spring, anti-roll bar and tyre adjustments for best results.

For practical setup, fit the axle then run controlled tests on a consistent surface, note handling shifts, and only then adjust other suspension parameters. The component is intended as an aluminium hop-up for track work and practice driving.
