This carbon fibre front shock tower is an RC-scale upgrade crafted for the front end of the TAMIYA TA08 PRO chassis. It mounts on top of the front gearbox close to the shocks and is intended to give a firmer attachment point to sharpen front-end response.
With multiple shock mounting positions, the tower lets you tweak shock angles and roll centre settings to suit different surfaces and driving techniques. Installation involves removing the original tower and fitting the new piece using routine hex drivers and basic hand tools.
The kit includes a small count of stainless screws; check each screw for correct length and thread engagement while fitting to avoid gearbox or stud interference. This replacement aims to reduce weight and increase stiffness without complicating setup.
