This aluminium C-hub is an aftermarket replacement for the TB04 steering hub. The machined aluminium construction provides a firmer mounting face for steering linkages and suspension pivots on 1/10 electric touring platforms.
Fitment is intended to be straightforward: remove the stock C-hub, transfer any usable pins or bearings, and fasten the aluminium unit with the OEM screws. Standard hex tools handle the job, but recheck steering geometry and bearing play after installation to confirm correct operation.
For setup work, aluminium hubs are chosen to reduce pivot flex and present a consistent surface to pins and bearings, improving steering precision and repeatability when tuning. Use on TB04-based chassis that accept this style of hub.
