The JR-TFD02-LB front C-hub is an aluminium upgrade for TAMIYA Thunder Shot related buggies, supplied by Jazrider as an aftermarket hop-up. It is designed as a direct replacement for the plastic stock hub to let drivers alter steering precision and front-end characteristics during setup changes.
Install this hub to refine the front wheel pivot and experiment with handling differences caused by material change. The denser alloy construction raises rigidity over plastic parts, which can influence steering response and how the suspension transfers loads through turns and landings.
Fitting advice: confirm wheel hex, kingpin and bearing sizes before starting, remove the original C-hub and transfer any bearings or hardware as needed, then check camber, toe and steering trim as part of your tuning routine. Minor adjustments to suspension geometry are often required after switching to aluminium.
