Alloy mount designed for TRF chassis stability

This Ver. 2 aluminium suspension mount, part 415-01/B1X/V2, is an aftermarket hop-up intended to replace the stock plastic mount on compatible Tamiya TRF 415, FF03, TA-05IFS and TRF-416 variants. It provides a firmer suspension pick-up point for more consistent chassis behaviour.

The unit is intended to support tuning and setup precision rather than modify suspension geometry. Model builders and track drivers fit this mount to reduce pivot flex, extend component life over moulded parts, and achieve consistent adjustment results when refining their setup.

Installation uses the original screw locations and hardware from the donor mount for a direct fit. Before tightening, check thread inserts and use the correct hex driver to protect small screws, then recheck alignment settings once fitted.

As a rigid mounting anchor for upper and lower links, expect steadier roll centre response across runs and more predictable changes when adjusting shocks and sway bars without the variable flex of plastic mounts.
