This bridge-style suspension mount replaces the original plastic bridge on compatible Tamiya touring chassis to provide a firmer suspension attachment point. It helps reduce unwanted flex at the bridge area so you can tune roll centre and camber reaction more predictably.
Fitting is done at the factory bridge location and uses the chassis existing posts and fasteners. Typical procedure is to remove the stock bridge, align the new mount with the posts and secure using the stock screws; check threads and screw seating during assembly. No extra fittings or tools are supplied.
In tuning terms the aluminium bridge lowers local flex versus plastic, which commonly delivers crisper initial turn in and a more stable feel under higher cornering loads. Fit it when you need more consistent steering or when exploring chassis stiffness changes in your setup routine.
