The Factory Pro FP-O-TCP008 is an RC bumper upper plate produced for the Tamiya TRF421. Built from graphite, it is supplied as a direct-fit hop-up to assist with chassis tuning and setup procedures.

Used only within RC setup contexts, the plate attaches to the TRF421 bumper zone and modifies local stiffness and the transfer of loads through the front assembly. Changing to this graphite plate enables racers to compare chassis rigidity settings and observe the resulting differences in shock response and steering feel while keeping suspension geometry unchanged.

Installation is routine for experienced hobbyists: remove the existing bumper upper plate from the TRF421 mounting points, install the Factory Pro graphite plate into the same holes, and confirm screw engagement and clearance. Once fitted, double-check ride height and shock alignment, then perform short test laps to verify behaviour prior to final setup changes.
