This Factory Pro O-TCP012 rear upper deck is an aftermarket replacement tailored for the Tamiya TRF421X. Manufactured from nominal 2mm graphite, the split design installs in the rear upper deck area to add focused stiffness while preserving necessary clearance for the drivetrain and suspension travel.

Use the graphite insert to provide a consistent method for altering rear chassis rigidity during setup changes. Increasing local stiffness will change flex characteristics and can improve or reduce traction and steering feel depending on the rest of the setup; coordinate with shock settings, camber, and anti-roll devices.

Installation is standard: remove the existing rear upper deck piece, place the split graphite panel into position, and secure with the original fasteners. Do not overtighten and always verify clearance around the motor and suspension travel before use.
