This is a set of RC-scale Delrin shaft collars designed for Tamiya TT01 chassis that use the TT055D drift arm. The pack contains four keyed collars that secure shaft spacing and location. Delrin construction gives a low-friction contact surface for spacer and bearing seat duties where fine axial adjustment and firm positioning are required on drivetrain or steering shafts in drift assemblies.
Fit the collars by sliding them onto the shaft, positioning to the correct location and fastening with the original set screw or clip supplied on the drift arm assembly. Confirm alignment with the mating hub and check for free movement through the full range before final tightening. No additional fittings or tools are included; reuse the hardware already on your chassis.
In tuning practice, Delrin collars allow control of endplay and lateral clearance without adding rotating mass, helping preserve consistent geometry when swapping out worn spacers. Inspect for contamination and replace collars that show scoring or loose tolerance to maintain reliable performance.
