Alloy bearing saver built for TT-01

This aluminium bearing steering saver replaces the standard plastic saver on Tamiya TT-01 chassis and is supplied as part TT01-07/LB. The alloy housing with bearing contact offers increased stiffness and better wear resistance than stock plastic components.

The unit locates in the steering assembly where the servo and linkage pivot, reducing wear and helping to preserve accurate steering geometry under repeated on-road use. The light blue anodised finish identifies the material choice without changing the fit.

Installation involves a direct swap into the existing saver position on TT-01 style steering plates, reusing the kit mounting points and screws. After installation, verify steering travel and linkage play, then tighten hardware to prevent binding while allowing smooth bearing rotation.

Setup advice: use this part to improve durability and achieve a firmer steering feel; it does not modify servo speed or alter suspension geometry. Ideal for repeated practice sessions where consistent steering is needed.
