Aluminium ball differential made for TT-01

Designed for Tamiya TT-01 and TT-01 TYPE E, this aluminium ball differential swaps in for the OEM plastic housing to give a firmer mounting point for the internal ball assembly. The machined case improves repeatability and helps the car hold a predictable line through turns.

As a drop-in upgrade, clean the contact faces, transfer or fit the ball and spring set as required, then check interaction with the spur gear and gearbox. Keep screws snug but do not over-torque to avoid warping the aluminium shell.

This differential is intended for tuning preload and internal friction to match driving style and surface grip. Use light greases or diff oil appropriate to your setup and inspect 走珠軸承 and gears periodically to avoid premature wear.
