7075 Aluminium Gearbox Cover with Upper Arm Stabiliser

This upgrade package fits TAMIYA 1/10 TT-02 chassis locations for front and rear gearbox covers and the upper arm stabiliser. Manufactured from 7075 aluminium, the components are intended to protect differential gears and tighten bearing clearance to improve repeatable differential behaviour under stress.

The two-part kit links a gearbox cover to an upper arm stabiliser to strengthen the diff area and restrict excessive upper-arm movement that can upset steering and suspension response. Finished to balance weight and durability, these pieces are aimed at hobby tuning and direct replacement installs rather than drivetrain re-engineering.

Do I need new bearings when fitting this kit?

Bearings normally do not need replacement unless worn. Check bearing play when installing and replace any bearings with visible wear to ensure the tightened clearances work correctly.

Will the parts add noticeable weight?
