This aluminum main shaft is an RC replacement component created for compatibility with the Tamiya TT-02 chassis. The shaft is supplied in a light blue anodized finish and replaces the factory shaft with a metal alternative.

Use it when overhauling a drivetrain, switching out worn parts, or modifying the TT-02 for a different handling setup. The shaft restores the mechanical coupling between gearbox gears and adjacent rotating parts.

Prior to installing, examine mating components for damage and confirm alignment with gearbox bores and bearings. Remove any sharp edges, seat the shaft properly, and perform a slow manual rotation of the drivetrain to ensure there is no rubbing or binding.
