Front Damper Brace for TT02B

This alloy front damper plate is offered as an aftermarket replacement for the Tamiya TT02B platform. As a single-piece front shock tower it replaces the stock plastic tower to provide a firmer mount that helps tuners get consistent front-end measurements on the TT02B chassis.

Fitting is typical workshop work: remove the factory damper plate, position the alloy plate over the existing mount points and tighten with the original fasteners. After installation, verify shock alignment and steering linkage clearance, and confirm there is full suspension travel without binding. The plate is intended as a setup tool to offer repeatable geometry rather than being a direct performance guarantee.

For practical tuning, the stiffer mounting point improves repeatability when changing spring rates, shock oil or top mount settings. Carry out controlled test runs and adjust settings incrementally to assess handling differences.
