Durable alloy knuckles for the XV-01

These aluminum front knuckle arms are manufactured for XV-01-style chassis and carry the JR-XV100-GU model code. They are offered as an upgrade to replace the stock plastic knuckles when you need greater durability and reduced deformation under load.

Installation uses the XV-01's factory mounting points and normally reuses the original hardware and pivot assemblies. Transfer the pivot balls, spacers and any bearings from the stock items; minimal trimming or rework is expected on standard builds.

In terms of long-term use, the alloy construction lowers wear and helps maintain steering geometry under repeated impacts. Note that the stiffer knuckles can shift alignment tendencies; perform a post-fit alignment check and monitor the knuckle fasteners for loosening during break-in.
