This 7075 aluminium damper stay mount is an aftermarket replacement part for the TAMIYA 1/10 4WD XV-02 PRO CHASSIS. The machined aluminium piece replaces the factory tower base to give more rigid support to the shock tower and bogie components.

Fitment on a stock XV-02 PRO is direct: remove the original tower base, line the new mount up with the existing mounting bosses and secure using the original screws. Always check thread engagement and chassis alignment before applying final torque to ensure the mount sits flush and the suspension geometry is unchanged.

As a setup upgrade the mount helps to reduce flex at the shock tower base which improves suspension feedback during tight turns and heavy braking on carpet or sealed surfaces. The item is supplied as a single mount and does not include shock absorbers or extra hardware.
