This aluminium A5 replacement is an RC-scale front suspension arm mount and gearbox support designed for the Tamiya buggy lines listed in the name. It swaps in for the stock A5 plastic mount, offering a black anodised aluminium assembly that reduces front flex and creates a firmer attachment for the gearbox and suspension links.

The unit uses the original A5 mounting holes so it installs where the stock mount sits on compatible Tamiya chassis. As a structural hop-up it influences steering precision and front response, making it a useful component when tuning chassis stiffness or replacing a failed original mount.

Fitting tips: ensure gearbox and arm alignment before final tightening, inspect screws for wear and reuse only if serviceable, and revisit thread seating after a brief test run. The anodised finish is mainly cosmetic while the alloy body improves rigidity versus the plastic original.
