Graphite rear tower for improved rear stiffness

This graphite rear shock tower features an integrated body post and is made to fit the Team Associated RC18T chassis under the RC18-006A reference. It replaces the standard rear tower to give a firmer mounting point for the rear shocks and retains the original screw pattern for easy swap-in.

The stiffer tower changes how loads transfer at the rear bulkhead, cutting down flex during heavy braking and tight turns. That leads to a more precise rear-end feel and can speed setup work when testing spring and oil combinations.

Installation is simple: remove the stock tower, move over any needed hardware and shock top mounts, secure the graphite unit to the existing fastener positions, then confirm ride height and shock preload. No special tooling is required for standard RC18T setups.

Tune progressively after fitting: tweak spring rates, shock oil and anti-roll bar settings to understand the handling differences. Regularly inspect fastener torque and the condition of threads when combining different materials.
