The SB021 aluminium front knuckle arm kit is an aftermarket steering part for Team Losi SUPER BAJA models, created to improve bearing seating and enhance steering consistency. CNC machining produces accurate bearing bores and the dual mounting positions allow fine adjustment of knuckle inclination relative to the turnbuckles.
Functionally these knuckles reduce play at the wheel bearings and help the CVD run with less binding, so the driveshaft turns smoothly while the suspension articulates. Upgrading from plastic gives a stiffer, more repeatable steering geometry suitable for rough or high-speed running.
Supplied hardware comprises stainless steel round head screws 4x28 - 2 pcs, stainless steel button head screws 3x10 - 2 pcs, plus stainless steel 4M threaded rods - 2 pcs, included with the knuckle arms. Keep the original top and bottom screws where noted to preserve design clearances.
Assembly suggestions: press bearings fully square, check driveshaft rotation through full suspension travel, and use the alternate hole to tune ackerman and scrub radius. Standard hex drivers are adequate for fitment and maintenance.
Fit SB021 to lock down bearing position and adjust steering characteristics on Team Losi SUPER BAJA machines while retaining original turnbuckle and CVD geometry.
