The Hirobo carburettor lever collar is an RC-scale replacement intended specifically for the GPH 346 helicopter linkage. This collar forms a key mechanical contact on the throttle/carburettor lever, keeping linkage pins secure and maintaining consistent lever-to-servo geometry.

It is intended as a direct swap to retain throttle throw and alignment without altering surrounding components. When installing, inspect the lever and linkage for burrs or deformation, clean contact areas thoroughly, then press the collar into place or attach it using the original model hardware method.

During tuning the collar helps reduce slack in the throttle system so idle and mid-throttle settings remain repeatable. After installation, check neutral position and travel limits at the transmitter and perform a bench idle test before flying.
